Our UK Delivery Options

These are estimated timings and may take longer during busy periods like Bank Holidays.

We do not offer guaranteed delivery dates and can not be held responsible if your order does take longer.

• You'll receive an email with your tracking code (if applicable) once they order has been dispatched.
• When you checkout you can also choose to have your delivery confirmation by text message.
• It is your responsibility to ensure your address is correct for postage. Once an order is on the way, the address cannot be changed. 
• Royal Mail do not class an item of post lost until it has been missing for 10 working days. We will not be able to send a replacement for a lost item of post, or provide a refund until this amount of time has passed.
