Deliveries to the UK

For UK orders, we only use:

  • Royal Mail 24 (First Class): 1-3 working days
  • Royal Mail 48 (Second Class): 2-4 working days
  • Royal Mail Tracked24: 1-2 working days

These are estimated timings and may take longer if there are Royal Mail strikes, or during busy periods like Bank Holidays.

We do not offer guaranteed delivery dates and can not be held responsible if your order does take longer.

  • Orders under £50 can't be tracked (unless you pay for Tracked24), but do have a barcode on which Royal Mail scan on delivery.
  • Orders over £50 are also sent out with full tracking.

      • We'll send you an email confirmation once your order has been received. Then another email confirmation once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking code (if applicable).
      • When you checkout you can also choose to have your delivery confirmation by text message. 
      • It is your responsibility to ensure your address is correct for postage. We cannot be held responsible if you supply us with the wrong or incomplete details, although we will always do our best to help. If you do make an error with your address, no replacement items will be sent out until the original items are received back.
      • Royal Mail do not class an item of post lost until it has been missing for 15 days. We will not be able to send a replacement for a lost item of post, or provide a refund until this amount of time has passed.
