Deliveries to EU Countries

DELIVERIES TO ALL EU STATES ARE NOW SUSPENDED FROM THE 9TH AUGUST 2026.

ANY PREORDERS PLACED WILL NEED TO BE REFUNDED IF THE RELEASE DATE IS AFTER THE 12TH AUGUST 20026.

The new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) comes into effect on the 12th August 2026. As we are based in the UK, outside the EU, the new rules are too expensive for small businesses like us, to follow. This means are parcels may be rejected by any EU customs force. 

We'll be looking at a workaround in 2027.

We use Royal Mail for deliveries to the EU. They then pass the delivery to your local postal service to complete the final part of the delivery.

• We'll send you an email confirmation once your order has been received. Then another email confirmation once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking code (if you chose a tracked option at checkout)
• When you checkout you can also choose to have your delivery confirmation by text message. 
• It is your responsibility to ensure your address is correct for postage. We cannot be held responsible if you supply us with the wrong or incomplete details, although we will always do our best to help.

EU RULE CHANGE FROM 1 JULY 2026

From 1 July 2026, the EU has introduced a €3 fee to all small
e-commerce parcels valued at €150 or less imported from outside the EU. This fee will be added into your shipping fee, if applicable.

TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES

• We will collect your VAT taxes on our UK sites here, then pay them to your EU country's VAT authority. This means your orders will no longer be stopped at customs for any import fees, meaning a faster delivery for you.
• For all EU orders, when you checkout the prices may be a bit different to your own country's prices, as there can be different VAT amounts due in different countries, which we calculate.
• Average delivery times to the EU are 5 - 15 working days, but may take longer.
• For some EU countries it's not possible to track every step of the parcel's delivery, just when it's left the UK and arrives at the destination country.
