HD Cream Liner is a special colour intensive eye liner for fashionable, flawless lining.
HD Cream Liner is easy to control and doesn’t drip. Its silicone base makes it incredibly durable and prevents cracking due to its flexibility, making it comfortable to wear.
The formula has a fine consistency and therefore can be used as an eye shadow base as well as for eyebrow definition.
This amazingly versatile product is also water-resistant. It should be removed with the Eye Make-up Remover.
