Mystic Heather is a rich, orchid hair dye with warm pink undertones. This is one of the lighter shades, so lightening hair to the lightest level 10 blonde before using is highly suggested for the best results.
The infamous Manic Panic hair dye. Created by New York sisters Tish and Snooky Bellomo. For over 40 years, their hair colours have always been Vegan and Cruelty Free.
The products are also Paraben-free, Gluten-free, Ammonia-free, Resorcinol-free, PPD-free and Phthalate-free. Ready to use, do not mix with peroxide.
