For UK orders, we use:

• Economy: Royal Mail 48 (Second Class): Average 4-6 working days.
• Standard: Royal Mail 24 (First Class): Average 2-3 working days.
• Tracked24: Royal Mail Tracked24: Average 1-2 working days.

These are estimated timings and may take longer if there are Royal Mail strikes, or during busy periods like Bank Holidays.

We do not offer guaranteed delivery dates and can not be held responsible if your order does take longer.

• Orders under £50 can't be tracked (unless you pay for Tracked24), but do have a barcode on which Royal Mail scan on delivery.
• Orders over £50 are also sent out with full tracking.
